President Joe Biden is expected to visit the Village of Irvington today for a fundraiser. Police are warning drivers of possible traffic delays and route changes from mid-afternoon through rush hour. They are urging drivers to avoid traveling in the Village of Irvington area after 2 p.m. Although there are expected traffic delays, they do not expect the visit to impact the Metro-North’s Hudson Line.
