Update from NWS NY: Saturday 3/23/24 Flooding Potential
A coastal low pressure system is still on track to bring rainfall late tonight through Saturday. Rain will taper off Saturday night from west to east. There will be periods of moderate to heavy rainfall Saturday into Saturday evening, for the entire area.
