Renew Your Permit With Auto-Pay
Log into your account by going to www.rrpermits.rmcpay.com where you should already see your email address. Input the 4-digit PIN you chose. If you have forgotten your PIN, click “Reset PIN” and the website will send you a 6-digit verification code. Follow the directions from there and make a note of the new PIN so you will not have to reset it again. Also, bookmark the page so you will have it available for future logins.
You will be taken to the “Permits” page –
- Click Manage auto renew
- Click on “Enable Auto Renewal” OR
- Click on “Permits” at the top of the page to refresh the page.
The payment will process on the 15th of the month in which your permit expires. If you do not see the permit in your Inbox by the 16th of the month in which it expires, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still do not see it, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
Once you have the new permit, please continue to use the current one until the last day of the month and DO NOT display the new one until the 1st of the following month. Failure to have the current permit displayed may result in your receiving parking citations.
